Book Description: Story & Art by Kanoko Sakurakouji
He loves her blood, but does he love her?!
There is a world of myth and
magic that intersects ours, and only a special few can see it. Misao
Harada is one such person, and she wants nothing to do with magical
realms. She just wants to have a normal high school life and maybe get a
boyfriend.
But she is the bride of demon prophecy, and her blood grants
incredible powers, her flesh immortality. Now the demon realm is
fighting over the right to her hand...or her life!
Sho is finally making a direct move against Kyo, and the battle between then is a close match. Will Sho's recent feast on Misao's blood give him the power to overcome Kyo? Or does Sho hope being killed in front of her will add to the pain of betrayal Misao already feels??

Personal View:
I
got this copy from Barns and noble (same time I bought Volumes 4-17) in
store for $9.99 plus tax,
it's priced the same online. Unless you would like it for a Nook I
believe its $5.99. The ranged age still hasn't been change "Older teen
16+". This time we've got both Lord Sho and Lord Kyo on the cover. The colors are very beautiful considering what the out come of this battle will be. A perfect pre-fight stand off!! Bah! Bah! Bahh! I really like the back of this book though, for once their something there. It has flowers, along with Lord Kyo's hand holding his sword. Wish I could find a picture... "Sad face"
We're back in the middle of their knock out dragged out fight, between this both very skilled Lord's. There is a severed arm laying into front of Lady Misao, she is in a frantic state trying to remember if its Lord Kyo's arm. Next thing we know Lord Kyo fly's down holding his father in his arms. Lord Yoh stepped in the middle an took the blow for Lord Kyo, losing is arm as a by stander. Both of the boys are in complete hatred on the faces toward their father. Everyone is very surprised to even see Lord Yoh here. Lord Kyo yells at him, telling him that these actions to don't make up for missing out on things in their life. Lord Yoh's responses is not its because I didn't stand up as a father, just only as a Lord that backed his weaker son for the next Lord.
The fight continues both men as evenly matched, both pushing harder. An that lady I knew... Had that major crush on Lord Sho is Kaede. She can't accept the fact of Lord Sho might die. She does the Resurrection Spell to keep him alive, screaming that she can't go back to a world without Lord Sho in it. It was her warped messed up look at love towards Lord Sho.
(Vol. 14 Chapter 53 Spell Bound)
Lord Sho turns to his brother Lord Kyo and yells at him not to stop, and that when Lord Sho dies to make sure he stays dead. At this point it feels like Lord Sho is telling Lord Kyo that he will win this fight. And he's asking for a permanent death to come. Lord Sho even tells him how to dispose of him so that he wont live again. Lord Sho drops his sword and demands that Lord Kyo kill him properly.
As the spell starts taking affect. Everyone freaks out not knowing what
will happen, they think Lord Sho will go on a rampage. So the Daitengu
try to seal Lord Sho so that he wont get free. But Hoki's injures still
aren't healed from his previous fight so the seal wont hold. Lord Sho
gets Lady Misao in his sights, and she more then graciously opens her
arms to him. Putting him in her embrace, Lord Kyo takes his opportunity
to kill Lord Sho as he's trying to keep hold of the one part of himself.
His Love for Lady Misao even in death his feelings haven't full left.
