Psycho-Pass Anime Included

                                                      (Cover Artwork)
Book Description: Story & Art by Hikaru Miyoshi

Psycho-Pass is set in 2113. The Sibyl System is actively measuring the populace's mental states, personalities, and the probability that individuals will commit crimes, using a "cymatic scan" of the brain. The resulting assessment is called a Psycho-Pass. When the probability of a person engaging in crimes measured by the Crime Coefficient index exceeds a certain level in an individual, he or she is pursued, apprehended, and killed if necessary.

The plot focuses on Akane Tsunemori, a new Inspector of Unit One—a police unit from the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division. Tsunemori hunts criminals alongside a special team of so-called latent criminals called Enforcers. Inspectors and Enforcers use large handguns called "Dominators"—special weapons designed to fire only at those with a higher-than-acceptable Crime Coefficient. Akane is ashamed of shooting the Enforcer Shinya Kogami during her first mission to protect a latent criminal. Kogami thanks her for stopping him from becoming a murderer, which persuades Akane to stay. She is accompanied by veteran Inspector Nobuchika Ginoza, a strict man who looks down on Enforcers, Tomomi Masaoka, a middle-aged man who used to be a detective, Shusei Kagari, a carefree young man who has been a latent criminal ever since he was a kid, and Yayoi Kunizuka, a former musician turned into a latent criminal after interacting with a terrorist. During Akane's first investigations, the group learns about the existence of Shogo Makishima, a mastermind who is responsible for multiple crimes. Being Criminally Asymptomatic, Makishima's criminal psychology yields a low Crime Coefficient, making him safe from the Sibyl System and the Dominator.

The Enforcers and Inspectors start hunting Makishima, who aims to destroy the society created by the Sibyl System. To do this he causes riots in the city to draw the police away from the Health and Welfare Ministry's Nona Tower facility, where Sibyl is located. Akane and Kogami stop Makishima's forces while Enforcer Shūsei Kagari follows one of Makishima's allies to the tower where Bureau Chief Joshu Kasei kills Makishima's ally and Kagari to keep the true form of Sibyl a secret. Kasei tells Makishima that Sibyl is a hivemind of similarly asymptomatic individuals and wishes him to join the system but Makishima escapes. Realizing the truth behind Makishima's escape, Kogami leaves the group to kill him. Akane is later directly contacted by the Sibyl system, which orders her to capture Makishima alive. She agrees to do this on the condition that they withdraw the execution order for Kogami. Learning that Makishima plans to execute bioterrorism to weaken Japan's economy and bring the system down, the Criminal Investigation Division searches for both Makishima and Kogami. There, Makishima tries killing Ginoza but Masaoka sacrifices his life to save him. Despite Akane's efforts, Kogami kills Makishima and the latter's erstwhile comrades never see him again.

Personal View:

This anime is completely off the hook! I'm loving how its set in the different time date. It totally gives you a run for your money on how the future might be like. Could you imagine living your life without locking the doors or worring about people stealing your things! It sounds great an all but when the government starts telling you what job would be right for you just off a test!? I don't think that sounds very fair. To everyone's own personal choice.

I've watched the entire TV show, its on netflix besides youtube some episodes are listed below. As far as I know thus far their coming out with season two very soon. I can't wait to see what happens next. I'm addicted to this one big time. Sad, yes I know. But if you watched it tooo.... You'd be right next to me. I haven't yet read the manga due to not having enough time. "Wahh!" It even has a bit of a romance going on. I swear this one has it all! The colors used in this series is so pretty I can't even put it into words.

Hopefully you'll check it out and you'll love it just as much as me.

Personal View:

Totally love this series, it was not what I expected at all. I couldn't put it down. The artwork is amazing I really enjoy how each character has its own personality put in. Since some of them have "Ears." Yes this did toss me for a loop. I've never seen this type of drawing style before "characters with Ears." I can't wait to see what happens next. Considering the series is still on going.

This is more a teen based manga, I can't decide if I like the manga or anime more!! It very much left me wanting more. Which is always a great thing. I will be very sad to see this one finally come to an end.

Personal View:

Where to start... First off this series can relate to anyone, and yes I mean anyone!! If you love manga or anime this is one of the best their is out there! It's got action, romance, etc. I personally never read all of the manga, and it hasn't been in print in the US since I was like 14y/o. Their are the two versions of the manga, the normal manga "Black an white" and the Ani-Manga which is pretty much the TV serious in a book form.
You can buy all the seasons in english but the very last one, though I've added a link and the first two episodes for you below! Plus their are four movies in the Inuyasha series! Which are great! You must check them out if you haven't already. Their is so much I'd like to say about this series, but if I do I'll give it all away. I really hope you enjoy this series just as much as I do. It's great for any age group.

Inuyasha: The Final Act

Episode One: Naraku's Heart
Original Airdate: October 2, 2012
Description:

Hakudoshi persuades Kagura to release Goryomaru from imprisonment in exchange for her freedom from Naraku. However, they're not strong enough to usurp Naraku yet; they need jewel shards, and there are only four left not in Naraku's possession. Hakudoshi attacks Kagome, stealing her shard while Moryomaru, who seems to be acting on his own, attacks Koga for his shards but fails to take them. Kagura, in the meantime, attacks Kohaku, promising a quick death in exchange for his shard. Moved by his determination to kill Naraku, Kagura destroys Kohaku's crystal of demonic energy and sends him away on one of her feathers. Hakudoshi, seeing that Kagura has betrayed him as well, attacks her just as Inuyasha's group arrives. Goryomaru does as well, revealing himself to be Moryomaru; he was Goryomaru's demonic arm, and ate him from the inside out. Hakudoshi gives Kagome's shard to Moryomaru, sending him after Kohaku. Naraku, having watched his incarnations' plot unfold from Kanna's mirror, disables Hakudoshi's barrier and withdraws the Saimyosho. Left without any form of defense, Hakudoshi is sucked into the Wind Tunnel. Kagura reveals the Infant which contains Naraku's own heart is inside Moryomaru; his destruction means Naraku's death. Knowing her heart could be crushed anytime now, Kagura flees for her life. InuYasha promises Kagura they'll get her heart back and urges her to stay alive until then. Sango goes after Kohaku before the others. She is knocked out by Moryomaru and defended by her brother, after which she learns he's regained his memory. Since the cat's out of the bag, about him housing the Infant, Moryomaru flees to grow stronger. Kohaku has a tearful reunion with Sango. Elsewhere, Kikyo has started to become weaker, to the point of her barrier not being able to keep novice monks away.

Episode Two: Kagura's Wind
Original Airdate: October 12, 2012
Description:

Having been saved by InuYasha and his friends, Kagura tries to escape Naraku, but he impedes her efforts to flee. Mockingly seeming surprised by Hakudoshi's death, Naraku talks about how much Kagura wishes to be free of him; he offers to return her heart. Meanwhile, Kikyo continues to weaken due to Naraku's miasma eating away at her from within, and summons the soul of Midoriko to restore her powers. She explains to InuYasha that in order to destroy Naraku, his soul must be purified, and to do that the Shikon Jewel must be completed and purified with Naraku the moment he absorbs it. Elsewhere, Moryomaru eats a turtle demon named Meioju, gaining its armor. Koga completes a series of trials to obtain the Goraishi, a treasure of his clan. He succeeds and gains the weapon and protection of the spirits of his ancestors that will keep Midoriko's will from freezing his legs in place, but only once. While Sesshomaru battles Moryomaru, Naraku returns Kagura's heart, then immediately impales her on his tendrils, injecting her with miasma and leaving her on the brink of death. She manages to escape on a feather, landing in a meadow filled with flowers, where she listens to her newly-returned heart beating inside her chest. Smelling Kagura's blood, Sesshomaru quickly finishes his battle, shattering his sword, Tokijin, in the process. He finds Kagura in the flower field just as she dies, happy to see him one last time. Her body dissolves into dust and her feather hairpin floats away on the wind, signifying that she is now free. InuYasha and his friends arrive too late, and when InuYasha asks Sesshomaru if Kagura had suffered, Sesshomaru replied, "She was smiling." They all watch as Kagura's feather flies into the sky. Kagura's spirit is heard saying "I am the wind, the free wind."

Book Description: Story & Art by Suu Minazuki

Tomoki Sakurai is a perverted teenage boy whose motto is "Peace and quiet are the best," and often has dreams of meeting an angel. He finds it difficult to live in comfort when he has to put up with Sohara Mitsuki, his next-door neighbor with a killer karate chop; Eishiro Sugata, an eccentric pseudo-scientist bent on discovering the "New World"; and Mikako Satsukitane, a sadistic Student Council President. One night, while he was witnessing a strange anomaly in the sky, an UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) crash-lands nearby. Tomoki discovers what fell from the sky is a winged female humanoid named Ikaros from an unknown world of Synapse, who soon declares herself to be Tomoki's servant. From then on, more creatures known as "Angeloids" arrive; with this, he loses his peace and quiet, but at the same time finds pleasant things the Angeloids bring him, and fight the forces that fall upon Earth.
Personal View:

Now for a teenage based series with a perverted boy as the main character this was by a decent kind, even though its labeled as mature I personally don't believe it's very mature. Maybe I've just read alot of out there manga that are alittle perverted. "Silly Smile" Those its a great starter for those whom are interested in watch anime series. For someone who's a hardcore fan you might find this to be alittle boring or slow. Even though its a great laugh I'll give it that. From what I know this series can't be found in the US in a english version for the manga, but you can watch season 1 an 2 via Netflix in english.

Episode One: A Full-frontal Hero Arises in the World!
Original Airdate: October 4, 2009
Description:

Tomoki Sakurai wants to enjoy "peace and quiet", but he has recurring dreams that involve an angel. When classmate Eishiro Sugata spots in the sky an abnormal structure that resembles a black hole, he convinces Tomoki, childhood neighbor Sohara Mitsuki, and student council president Mikako Satsukitane to join him for an investigation at a cherry blossom. Tomoki, being the only who shows up, witnesses a girl with wings falls through the hole, along with several large pillars, scaring him to death. He overcomes his fears and rescues this girl, who calls herself Ikaros. Calling herself a Pet-Class Angeloid from an unknown world called Synapse, she considers Tomoki as her master and tells him that she can grant him any wish. Using this to his advantage, he gets carried away with what he would wish for. When Tomoki jokingly commands Ikaros to make him ruler of the world, this only causes everyone to vanish, since nobody would accept him as such. Ikaros suggests killing herself, seeing how upset Tomoki is, to which he affirms. As she creates a gun and readies to shoot herself, Tomoki stops her and says it was only a joke. Although he cannot undo the wish, he is able to make a different one, wishing that this was all a bad dream. Tomoki wakes up and everything is back to normal, except Ikaros is here to stay.

Episode Two: An Airborne Prismatic Panty Adventure
Original Airdate: October 11, 2009

Description:
After introducing her to Sugata and Mikako at school, Tomoki dismisses her to his home, but she leaves him with a special card. After Sohara trips and falls in class, Tomoki notices she is wearing panties with a dog print, but he subconsciously wishes she would change them. But the card activates, and Sohara's panties immediately come off and fly to the sky like a bird. Sohara rushes to the New World Discovery Club room, but whatever she puts on is also sent flying. When Ikaros returns, Tomoki wishes for panties, but this results in having them instantly pulled from all the school girls. Sugata determines that Tomoki must be expecting a particular pair, so Ikaros and Mikako shop for a large selection of panties while the boys escort Sohara home, during which Tomoki shields against any accidental exposure. Sohara tries the panties, but they are all sent flying, except for one that is a similar dog print as her original. Tomoki recalls when Sohara was practicing breaking slabs and he pulled her pants down revealing a cute print of puppies, which fueled Sohara into breaking the slabs easily.
